When launching the calendar from easyPal, why doesn’t it work everytime?
In some devices, Windows Mobile prevents easyPal to launch the calendar if it is already running in the background. This bug is currently present in the Qtek 2020. It is a Windows Mobile standard that applications should only “Minimize” when clicking on the close button (usually in the upper right corner of the screen).

Why is the Missed Call icon still present on the taskbar even after deleting the missed call item from the easyPal Call History?
There is currently no possible way to remove the missed call icon from the taskbar if Windows Mobile already displayed it. If you notice that when you click on the Missed Call icon on the taskbar, the Missed Call item is not present on the list. This is because easyPal deletes the item directly from the Windows Mobile call log database. This is actually a hack and is not supported by Windows Mobile.

The Call History is a feature included only in easyPal version 1.0.7 and higher.

In Navigation, “Show Address on Map” or “Navigate to Address” does not always work. Why?
This is because easyPal will read the exact information provided by Outlook Contacts. It is important that you enter Street, City, Postal Code, and Country properly. It is not a good idea to put the Company name on the first line of the Street Address

No, due to the manufacturer’s right to make changes to how the operating system will be deployed, there might be some differences between devices, and it is possible that easyPal won’t fully support the device. We are currently working hard on testing all possible devices we get our hands on, and we have close ties to certain manufacturers to get devices to test on.
